Our fulfillment team monitor national weather forecasts on a daily basis and work to ensure that your chocolates arrive in premium condition even during hot weather.
During periods of warm weather, we will send your chocolate with an ice pack which will keep it protected during transit in most conditions. Please note that during periods of extreme heat we may hold your order until the weather is a little cooler and notify you by email when it will be dispatched.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Australia Post with tracking information so you can track your parcel on it's journey.
